WEAR AND TEAR - Prude briefs

Hand-printed "PRUDE" briefs made of 100% cotton, a classic intimate with a silly fashion twist. 

These hand-cut briefs are made in collaboration with Wear and Tear. By upcycling second-hand garments, Wear and Tear throws a wrench into the fashion system that demands hyper-consumerism. The garments evolve with every day use. More use begets more love.

Unlike the majority of our products, these soft and moisture-wicking briefs are not upcycled, but they are made-to-order so there is absolutely no waste. We turn them inside out to get an unbranded blank canvas and print them by hand in limited batches. Then, Wear and Tear adds the small slit holes throughout the design, with love and without excess. While we have a size medium on hand for immediate shipment, if you would like an alternate size, please allow up to two weeks for the creation of your unique product.

To best conserve your clothes and other resources, only wash when you need to. When you do, turn the garment inside-out and use cold water on the gentle cycle or by hand with standard or mild detergent. Safe to tumble dry, but for most sustainable dry, lay flat or hang. No bleach, Oxiclean, Dreft, extra-strength, or "stainfighting" soap. Do not iron on print.
