Two deadstock funnel neck sweatshirts woven into one another to create a single textured and dramatic piece. One side is heather olive with the soft chocolate brown interior peeping through. Original garments made by workers in Pakistan. Upcycled in Queens, NY. 

Cut and woven from premium quality 50% cotton 50% polyester fleece sweatshirts from a shuttered luxury sportswear brand. Production error made the funnel neck not as stretchy as intended so it could be a very tight squeeze to get on for some heads. Instead of sending them to the landfill we wove the material together for a stretchier fit to conserve resources and utilize what has already been produced instead of making something new.

To best conserve your clothes and other resources, only wash when you need to. When you do, use cold water on the gentle cycle or by hand with standard or mild detergent. Lay flat to dry to maintain this piece's shape.
