WE DON'T FIT THE SYSTEM cropped sweatshirt

There's no denying it: WE DON'T FIT THE SYSTEM AND THE SYSTEM DOES NOT FIT THE WORLD. white print on heather olive mock-neck sweatshirt - super soft with a discrete zip pocket. Made by workers in Pakistan. Printed in NYC. 

These premium quality 50% cotton 50% polyester mock-necks are upcycled from a luxury sportswear brand's dead stock. Production error made the funnel neck not as stretchy as intended so it could be a very tight squeeze to get on for some heads. Instead of sending them to the landfill (like 85% of textiles produced each year) we cut the neck into a mock neck, cropped the hem, and printed them for a new life to conserve resources and utilize what has already been produced instead of making something new.

To best conserve your clothes and other resources, only wash when you need to. When you do, turn the garment inside-out and use cold water on the gentle cycle or by hand with standard or mild detergent. Safe to tumble dry, but for most sustainable dry, lay flat or hang. No bleach, Oxiclean, Dreft, extra-strength, or "stainfighting" soap. Do not iron on print.

We cropped these pieces for a shorter, boxier fit, please note the model is wearing the longer version of the sweatshirt before it was cropped. In keeping with our anti-waste mission, we are using the cropped of fabric for another project.
