WEAR AND TEAR PRIDE BEGAN WITH AN UPRISING archive zip-up hoodie

Celebrate the radical origins of Pride! Light pink print on repurposed dead stock hoodies from luxury men's sportswear brand. This heavyweight zip-up sweatshirt with sturdy silver double zipper was revitalized for a second life to conserve the Earth's increasingly limited resources.

The body of the hoodie was further transformed with small holes in collaboration with Wear and Tear. By upcycling second-hand garments, Wear and Tear throws a wrench into the fashion system that demands hyper-consumerism. The hand-cut garments evolve with every day use. More use begets more love.

50% cotton 50% polyester. 

To best conserve your clothes and other resources, only wash when you need to. When you do, turn the garment inside-out and use cold water on the gentle cycle or by hand with standard or mild detergent. Safe to tumble dry, but for most sustainable dry, lay flat or hang. No bleach, Oxiclean, Dreft, extra-strength, or "stainfighting" soap. Do not iron on print.
