This “denim-style” panel jacket has a drop shoulder oversize fit. Inner shoulder straps allow the jacket to be worn like a backpack. This one-of-a-kind sample was cut from fabric hand-painted by Luz Angelica Fernandez and painted again by MI Leggett after assembly.

HECHA / 做, the sustainably made gender-fluid label teamed up with non-binary artist MI Leggett of Official Rebrand (OR?!) to celebrate Earth Day 2020 through the release of this repurposed collection of one-of-a-kind pieces. . 

For this ‘new’/upcycled collection, both brands bonded over their anti-waste ethos producing a collaborative capsule from leftover HECHA / 做 samples and prototypes that OR?! “rebranded.”   Inspired by the ongoing conversation between the two labels, Leggett reinterpreted their signature sinuous genderless figures, extending the bodies with vines.
